For foreign participants

The Summer School arranges housing for its foreign participants.

We offer the following opportunity:

the KPI dormitory room

3-4 persons in a room

It is located at the university campus. It is easy accessible to the academic building where the Summer School is held. To book a bed in the dormitory or student appartment, please, indicate this option in the corresponding part of the application form. Thus the accommodation will be automatically booked on the term you specified if there are free places available (the number of places in KPI dormitory is limited that is why in the case there are no free places to accomodate you accordingly to the option you choose, you will be informed about that in advance and proposed to choose another one). The confirmation of your reservation will be send by e-mail.

Participants in very basic will be accommodated in the three­bed or fourbed dormitory rooms. To book a room (3-4 beds) or another number of rooms in the dormitory, send an e­mail request to the Organizing Committee.

How to pay for the accommodation?

• The accommodation cost is €10 per day for one place.
• The total cost (15 days) is €150 for one place.

Payment is made in cash upon the registration (August 2).
