- I understand and agree that, if I am accepted as a participant in the AACIMP-2012 I am expected to comply with all rules, standards, regulations and instructions for participant's behavior during the Summer School.
- I understand the necessity to inform the organizing committee about any changes influencing on my participation in the AACIMP-2012.
- I understand and agree that in case of my refusal to participate in AACIMP-2012, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- I understand and agree that I am responsible for any damage caused by myself to property of National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute". I agree to reimburse any such damages at my own expense.
- I understand and agree to follow the rules of the legislation of Ukraine.
- I understand and agree that Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injury, loss of expensive things, documents or unpredicted expenses incurred during Summer School.
